Sunday Reflection

Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path. - Psalms 119:105

Through my awakening I felt I had lost my way with God a little bit. I know He is always there but I wasn’t letting him guide me fully. Praying for God to keep me on the right path means I’m fully putting my life into his hands. I was only half way doing that and I didn’t realize that until last month honestly. I can now say I have fully given my life to him for him to use me. I am here to serve God. I want him to light my path and show me where I need to go. Trusting in the Lord is not an easy thing to do, and I’m not going to lie and say it is. But I’m learning to understand him more while I’m in the process of getting back to me.

This verse means we are listening to his words so he can guide us towards our purpose. But that can only happen if we have faith.
