​I'm Nia, originally from The Bronx, NY.

 

​Writing has always been a part of my life. I started with poetry, short reflections that helped me process love, growth, and everything in between. Over time, I wanted to go deeper. What began as poetry evolved into something more expansive: a space to reflect, question, and grow in real time. That’s how Finding My Nia was born.

“Nia,” meaning purpose in Swahili, reflects the heart behind this space. This blog is a collection of reflections on faith, relationships, self-worth, and becoming. It’s about learning to live with intention and align with the life God is calling me to. It’s not about having all the answers. It’s about growing with honesty, clarity, and purpose.

Outside of writing, I’m the founder of Purpose Marketing, where I help brands bring clarity and intention to how they show up.

My hope is that through these reflections, you feel encouraged to grow, choose better for yourself, and step into your own purpose one decision at a time.
