Sunday Reflection

So get rid of your old self, which made you live as you used to—the old self that was being destroyed by its deceitful desires. Your hearts and minds must be made completely new, and you must put on the new self, which is created in God's likeness and reveals itself in the true life that is upright and holy. - Ephesians 4:22-24

Of all the things we have learned in our past we must move forward in this year with a new mindset.  We aren’t perfect and there are some negative traits we may have that still need to be worked on.  But when you know better you do better.  Take what you have attained from the past and apply it to the new problems that may arise in the future.  Take care of your heart and mind as you deal with the challenges that come your way.  Make sure you’re doing right by the people around you and lifting others up with love.  Remember you’re not a new you but a better you.
