Sunday Reflection

Every test that you have experienced is the kind that normally comes to people. But God keeps his promise, and he will not allow you to be tested beyond your power to remain firm; at the time you are put to the test, he will give you the strength to endure it, and so provide you with a way out.

• 1 Corinthians 10:13

The saying “God doesn’t give us anything we can’t handle” reminds me of this verse from the bible. He does give us the strength to get through hard times in our lives. I feel as long as we keep him close to out hearts we will be able to get through anything. In the past as soon as I would lose faith I felt things weighed more heavily on my heart. As soon as I turn it over to God, anything I go through I feel I can conquer. I know its hard at times and we wonder why God is putting us through a rough time but its him helping us through the rough time while the devil is trying to drag us down. Try to have faith and you will get through with the strength of God.
