Sunday Reflection

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.

- 1 Corinthians 13:4 - 8

To me this verse speaks about what’s important in life, which is love. It explains how we should treat the people we love. Without love, whatever we do is meaningless. Someone told me that if I can replace the word “Love” in the verse 1 Corinthians 13:4 -8 with a person’s name, then I know that for sure that person has unconditional love for me. I am truly blessed to have the people in my life whose names I know I can put in place of the word "love" in the verse. In the society we live in today, it is hard to come by people who don’t have a hidden agenda. We have to do better and learn how to spread love and light. If not, you will always be in a dark place without love in your life.
