Unloved & Loved is a deeply personal poetry collection by me...exploring love, heartbreak, healing, faith, and becoming. What began as poetry became a way for me to process the parts of my life I didn’t always have words for. These poems hold pieces of the journey — the heartbreak, the searching, the moments of feeling lost, and ultimately, the discovery that the love I was looking for could never be found in temporary places.​

Writing has always been part of my life. Poetry was where I started. A place to process love, growth, and everything in between. This book is an extension of that journey and one of the most personal things I've created.
